Senator Duncan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 17: Delete "and" Page 2, lines 1 - 2: Delete all material. Page 2, line 5, after "appropriations": Insert ", independent of the federal funds apportioned to Alaska by the Federal Highway Administration," Page 2, line 9: Delete "; and be it" Insert "." Page 2, lines 10 - 11: Delete all material. Senator Duncan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12 am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
